- Return Criteria
All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories attached. - Return Process
Contacting Customer Service: Please contact our Customer Service team via email with your order number and reason for return.
Obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization: After confirming your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Preparing the Return Package: Place the product and all accompanying documentation in the package, ensuring the RMA number is included.
Choose a Shipping Method: Send the package back to our designated return address (provided in the RMA) using your chosen shipping service. - Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned product and confirm that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take time to process through your financial institution. - Shipping Policy
If the return is due to product quality issues or incorrect shipment, we will cover the return shipping costs.
In other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
